We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join an established dental clinic in Orange, NSW.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys managing a team and is confident working in a busy environment.

About the role:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a 3-chair dental practice
• Lead and support the team to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Manage staff, scheduling and patient experience
• Handle day-to-day challenges and ensure the practice runs efficiently

About you:

• Previous management or team leadership experience is essential
• Strong personality with confidence to lead a team
• Resilient, organised and a good problem solver
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Dental or medical practice experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
• Managers from other industries, including retail, are encouraged to apply

What's on offer:

• Salary up to $90,000 + super, negotiable for the right candidate

• Support from experienced practice managers, including training in Sydney if required
