About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and driven Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership of the Kingaroy store. This is a hands on role where you will play a key part in the day to day running of the store, leading by example, motivating the team, and ensuring operational, safety, and presentation standards are consistently met. If you enjoy a fast paced environment, thinking on your feet, and taking ownership, this role offers genuine variety and responsibility.

Skills and Experience
• Previous experience in an Assistant Store Manager role within retail or hospitality
• A confident and engaging leadership approach that motivates teams
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly
• Experience with stock control and visual merchandising standards
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A proven track record of meeting targets and operational deadlines
