We offer a wide range of professional development opportunities to prepare new graduates for the workforce. Grow your skills fast and make a real impact on patients from day one whilst building confidence in a safe supportive environment.

The graduate nursing program runs for 12 months and includes clinical rotations in:

  • Residential Aged Care
  • Acute services
  • District Nursing

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Diploma of Nursing qualification
  • Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Less than 12 months experience working as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
  • Current NDIS and Working with Children’s Check
  • Demonstrated well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A knowledge of, and commitment to, Quality and Risk Management.
