Are you a passionate retail leader who thrives in a high-volume environment and loves being on the shop floor?
A well-established Australian homeware brand is seeking an experience Store Manager to lead its Moore Park store. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven leader who brings energy, passion and a genuine connection to the brand.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume store so the ideal candidate is someone who enjoys the pace, is highly sales focused and isn't afraid to get stuck in. You'll lead from the front, motivate your team and play a key role in driving the ongoing success of the store.
The Opportunity
As the Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the store, leading your team to achieve sales, customer experience and operational targets.
You'll be a hands-on leader who isn't afraid to have the tougher performance conversations when needed. You'll set clear expectations, hold your team accountable and create an environment where everyone understands what great performance looks like.
Must be available to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team
* Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs and targets
* Leading from the front and setting the standard across the sales floor
* Having open and honest performance conversations and holding the team accountable
* Creating an energetic, positive and high-performing store culture
* Delivering an exceptional customer experience
* Managing stock, store presentation, rostering and day-to-day operations
* Identifying opportunities to maximise sales and improve store performance
* Staying hands-on in a fast-paced, physically demanding retail environment
* Representing the brand with genuine passion and enthusiasm
What They're Looking For
* Previous Store Management experience within a high-volume retail environment
* A strong sales focus and proven ability to drive commercial results
* Confidence having challenging performance and accountability conversations
* A hands-on leadership style - you'll lead by examples rather than from the sidelines
* High energy, passion and a genuine love for the brand
* Fashion or trend orientated with strengths in visual display and stock presentation
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Someone looking to build a career and grow within the business
