About the Role
• Provide support to young people in residential, community and outreach settings
• Assist with daily living skills, mentoring, engagement and wellbeing
• Deliver trauma-informed and person-centred support
• Promote positive routines, independence and community participation
• Work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, nights, sleepovers and weekends
• Support participants with transport and community access where required
Key Requirements
• Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Youth Work, Community Services or related qualification
• Minimum 6 months’ experience working with young people
• Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• Experience applying trauma-informed and person-centred approaches
• Flexible and reliable with availability across a range of shift types
• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
