The Role in a Nutshell
If you're an experienced Property Manager looking for a manageable portfolio without being expected to carry every part of the job yourself, this is one worth considering.
You'll take over an established portfolio of approximately predominantly across the Western Suburbs and city outskirts.
The portfolio has recently been reduced giving the incoming PM the opportunity to settle in properly before gradually growing it again.
This is an end-to-end Property Management role, but importantly, there is genuine support around you.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the day-to-day performance of your portfolio
- Building strong relationships with owners and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and portfolio matters
- Managing arrears, renewals and compliance
- Completing final inspections where possible
- Attending routine inspections and property visits as required
- Keeping owners informed and delivering a high level of client service
While there is plenty of support, this isn't a desk-only PM role. You'll still need to know your properties, be comfortable getting out into the portfolio and remain connected to what is happening on the ground.
Who We’re Looking For
You'll be an experienced Property Manager who knows how to manage both the properties and the people behind them.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident managing an end-to-end portfolio
- Strong with owners, tenants and client relationships
- Organised, proactive and commercially minded
- Comfortable completing routine inspections and property visits
- Knowledgeable around WA Property Management legislation
- Looking for a stable role with genuine long-term opportunity
