We are looking for a Lead and an Assistant Educator either Certificate III or Diploma qualified or actively working towards obtaining a qualification to be a part of the Kool Beanz family.
The Role:
- Supporting a team of educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery.
- Creating long-lasting connections and partnerships with your local community, schools, and families.
- Supporting the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
About You:
- Certificate III / Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification or working towards the qualification.
- Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates.
- Paid working with children check (Blue Card).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks/workload.
- Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking.
- Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude.
- Approachable and friendly with a demonstrated passion for early education.
An understanding of EYLF. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships.

Working hours:
Ideally, we are looking for team member who are available to work within the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday.
