Kencor Doveton supplies fasteners, sealants and other essential building products to construction, engineering and trade customers across Victoria.

About the Role
- Process customer orders over the phone and via email
- Prepare quotes and respond to pricing and product enquiries
- Support the sales team with major customers and project orders
- Serve customers at the trade counter
- Build relationships with regular customers
- Assist with occasional local deliveries when required
You’ll Ideally Bring
- Previous sales, customer service or retail experience
- Confidence dealing with trade customers and understanding what they need
- The ability to process information quickly and work accurately
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- A strong work ethic and willingness to help across the branch
- A current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
Construction, industrial or trade industry experience is an advantage, but isn’t essential. A forklift licence would also be beneficial.
