Site Supervisor

A leading civil contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a major residential subdivision project in Melbourne’s south-east. With a strong pipeline of secured work and an excellent industry reputation, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an established contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee residential subdivision projects from commencement through to completion
• Lead site crews, subcontractors, and multiple work fronts
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and programme outcomes
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard

About You:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar leadership role
• Strong background delivering residential subdivision and civil infrastructure projects
• Sound understanding of earthworks, roads, drainage, services, and associated civil works
