Senior Business Analyst (Dynamics CRM)
Contract to 25/07/2027 | Brisbane
We're partnering with a major Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Business Analyst (Dynamics CRM). In this role you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, supporting the successful delivery and optimisation of CRM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise requirements
- Undertake business analysis activities to support delivery of CRM capability uplift across environments, ensuring requirements are practical, traceable and aligned to delivery outcomes
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to understand current processes and future-state needs
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Develop high-quality analysis artefacts including requirements documentation, process maps, control design documentation, decision papers, traceability matrices, business rules, transition artefacts and stakeholder communications
- Prepare concise, high-quality reports, presentations and executive-ready updates that clearly communicate progress, risks, issues, decisions and delivery confidence
- Work closely with technical teams and developers to support solution delivery and integration
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and CRM optimisation
What we’re looking for?
- Proven experience delivering CRM implementations
- Experience working as a Business Analyst on CRM projects Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or certifications held.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Strong understanding of CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service or Marketing
- Experience translating business processes into CRM solutions Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering
- Strong documentation skills including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps and user stories
- Experience supporting UAT and implementation delivery
