Senior Mechanical & Piping Designer
- Brisbane, QLD with hybrid flexibility
- 12-month contract
- Up to $98/hr incl. super
Role Opportunity
Join a major project delivery team supporting mining, minerals and metals projects across FEED, detailed design, construction support and commissioning. Develop and coordinate mechanical and piping design deliverables while working within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Proven & relevant design experience
- Mining, minerals and metals expertise
- Experience in one or more of the following: E3D, SmartPlant3D, Plant3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Microstation
- Mechanical and piping design background
- FEED and detailed design experience
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop mechanical and piping models
- Produce layouts and design drawings
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design interfaces
- Conduct clash detection reviews
- Support project delivery phases
