The Work
You’ll work across the full spectrum of Wills & Estates matters, including:
- Complex estate planning for blended families, business owners and high‑net‑worth clients
- Drafting Wills (including testamentary trusts), Powers of Attorney and tailored succession plans
- Probate, Letters of Administration and full estate administration
- Contested estates - Part IV claims, executor/beneficiary disputes, superannuation death benefit disputes and AFCA matters
- VCAT guardianship and administration matters
- Collaborating closely with accountants, financial planners and family advisers as part of an integrated advice team
- You’ll have autonomy, high‑quality matters and access to senior specialist guidance when you want it.
