Strata Manager
- Assist with managing a mixed-use portfolio of residential & commercial low maintenance complexes
- Liaising with owners/tenants and arranging quotations, repairs, and maintenance
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Monday to Friday with minimal after hours meetings

The Position, but not limited to:

- Liaising with owners/tenants
- Assisting with arranging quotations, repairs, and maintenance for works required
The Criteria:
- Experience managing a portfolio of buildings
- Valid drivers' license
- Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
- An excellent understanding of BCCM Act
- Have excellent time management skills
