Perhaps you've spent the last few years coordinating consultants, managing reports, attending project meetings and supporting senior development professionals. You've built a solid foundation, but you're looking for broader exposure to the decisions behind projects, not simply the administration around them.

We're representing a privately owned property group with an established pipeline of built form projects across Western Australia. Supported by an experienced leadership team, this opportunity offers exposure across multiple stages of the development lifecycle, from planning and design coordination through to approvals, delivery and stakeholder management.

Rather than being confined to a single project phase or discipline, you will work alongside experienced developers and gain visibility into the commercial, strategic and operational decisions that shape projects from conception through to completion.

This opportunity would suit an existing Assistant Development Manager seeking a stronger platform, or a Development Officer, Development Coordinator or similar professional looking to take the next step in their career.
What you'll bring

Must-have

• Experience within property development or a closely related industry.
• Exposure to built form development projects through planning, design, approvals, delivery, or a combination of these stages.
• The ability to coordinate consultants, manage competing priorities and keep projects moving forward.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a Development role (ADM or DO capacity).
• Exposure to residential, mixed-use, commercial or other built form developments.
• Qualifications in property, planning, architecture, engineering, construction management or a related discipline.
