The Opportunity
We're partnering with a large higher education organisation on a significant transformation program, and looking for an experienced BA to play a key role in improving processes and supporting changes to the future operating model.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand how things operate today, identify inefficiencies and duplication, and design practical future-state processes that support the proposed changes.

What you'll be doing

• Map and analyse current-state processes, identifying inefficiencies, duplication, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Design future-state processes aligned to the proposed operating model.
• Review and standardise processes currently managed inconsistently across faculties and business units.
• Engage stakeholders across multiple functions to understand requirements and validate proposed solutions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve accountability and make better use of existing systems.
• Develop process maps, documentation and recommendations to support implementation and sustainable change.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering process improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Strong process mapping, analysis and future-state design capability.
• Experience working through complex business processes with multiple stakeholders and competing requirements.
• The ability to challenge existing ways of working and translate analysis into practical improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Experience in higher education, large complex organisations or operating model transformation will be highly regarded.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
