Your new role
As a Precast Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling formwork used in the production of precast concrete panels. Working within a busy precast facility, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality products for commercial construction projects.Your duties will include:
- Constructing and modifying timber formwork for precast concrete panels
- Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
- Measuring, cutting and assembling formwork components
- Assisting with concrete pours and stripping moulds
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
- Working collaboratively with production and construction teams
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in precast concrete, formwork, or concrete constructionCarpentry qualification highly regardedWhite Card EssentialAsbestos Awareness certification EssentialSilica Awareness certification EssentialAbility to read and interpret construction drawingsStrong understanding of workplace health and safety requirementsReliable work ethic and ability to work as part of a teamWhat you'll get in return
