Marketing Specialist

This is a full-time position for an experienced Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, promote products and services, and support business growth across multiple channels

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote La Crema Coffee’s products and services

• Support brand growth across coffee bean sales, coffee machine sales, and equipment rental services

• Manage digital marketing activities including social media, website content, email campaigns, and online advertising

• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities

• Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement data to improve marketing outcomes

• Create promotional materials and coordinate marketing content with external suppliers or agencies

• Assist with product promotions, seasonal campaigns, and customer acquisition initiatives

• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, applicants should demonstrate:

• At least three (3) years of relevant marketing experience in a similar role

• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, campaign analytics, and customer engagement strategies

• Experience in B2B marketing，equipment sales, or related industries will be advantageous

• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced commercial environment
