Production Worker Wanted!
You'll be working in a fast-paced, cold production environment, operating machinery that fills milk bottles and transfers them into crates. You'll also assist with palletising, sorting, transferring and stacking cases of milk onto pallets.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable working on their feet, can work at pace and is keen to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor milk production machinery
- Ensure bottles remain correctly positioned throughout the production process
- Learn and understand machinery operations and processes
- Work on palletising equipment
- Sort, transfer and stack cases of milk onto pallets
- Maintain a safe, clean and efficient work environment
- Follow workplace procedures and safety requirements
About You!
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Previous machine operating and/or warehouse experience, preferably in a cold-room environment
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, cold environment
Pay Rates + Shift Times
Rotating roster with shifts between 5:30AM - 3PM and 2:30PM - 12AM
Rates are inclusive of casual loading and applicable early, afternoon/night and weekend penalty rates.
- Base Rate: $44.72 per hour
- Monday-Friday: $50.31 per hour
- Saturday: $68.95 per hour
- Sunday: $87.58 per hour
