Senior Civil Engineer
- Provide technical advice for civil design aspects including bulk earthworks and roadworks.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and guide project teams in risk assessments.

Role accountabilities:
- Providing Technical advice for all aspects of civil design including bulk earthworks, roadworks, drainage, construction staging, constructability, and interfaces with other disciplines.
- Develop technical and feasibility studies and development of drawings that satisfy technical specifications.
- Design coordination for selected projects or components of projects, collaborating with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
- Managing effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
- Providing direction to the project team and promoting awareness of technical and commercial risk assessments and mitigation and best value design options.
- Working with junior engineers, designers and drafters and guiding them in delivery and their professional development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Extensive civil engineering experience delivering resource and infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated technical acumen with proven experience of managing and delivering design solutions.
- Record of accomplishment in effective cross-discipline project delivery and an effective collaborator with all key engineering disciplines
- A collaborative approach and appreciation of the value of teamwork.
- A passion for continuous improvement, quality and improving service for our clients.
- High attention to detail, good analytical and communication skills.
