We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager for our to lead our Electrical team, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. This is a full time position, 38 hours per week.

About the Role:
As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the departments daily operations while ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability objectives. You will lead, coach, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient and profitable trading
• Recruit, train, roster, supervise, and performance manage team members
• Allocate duties and workflows to maximise productivity and customer service outcomes
• Deliver exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer enquiries and complaints
• Manage stock control, inventory, receiving, storage, and replenishment processes
• Coordinate promotional activities, pricing initiatives, and visual merchandising displays
Workplace Health & Safety Responsibilities:
• Adhere to all WHS policies and procedures
• Report accidents, incidents, and near misses promptly
• Participate in all required WHS training
Learning & Development:
• Complete all mandatory compliance training
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
• Support the growth and development of team members
About You:
• Is self-driven, motivated, and results-focused
• Has a base level of knowledge in the Electrical products industry (preferred)
• Maintains exceptional customer service standards in all situations
• Holds a relevant degree or has a minimum of 2 years' retail sales and/or management experience
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and leadership capability
