This is the one you’ve been waiting for. We’re working exclusively with a high-end, design-led property developer delivering some of Brisbane’s most iconic residential projects — think luxury, landmark builds with award-winning architects and a reputation for raising the bar.

They’re expanding their commercial team and looking for a Senior Contract Administrator who brings Tier 1/2 experience but wants to ditch the politics and red tape. This is a business where outcomes matter more than optics, and where a direct, no-nonsense approach is genuinely valued.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Full contract administration from early planning through to handover

• Scoping, procurement, subcontractor negotiation, and contract finalisation

• Managing claims, variations, EOTs, and progress claims with confidence

• Working closely with project managers, directors, and consultants to keep things moving

• Helping shape commercial systems and mentoring up-and-coming talent

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience as a CA or SCA in property, construction, or high-end residential

• Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving

• Ability to manage multiple priorities without breaking a sweat

• A calm head, clear communicator, and someone who plays well with others

• Degree-qualified in Construction Management or similar (or strong equivalent experience)
