Rolls On The Run Banh Mi is continuing to grow, with increasing customer demand and an expanding range of products. We are seeking an experienced and reliable Retail Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to take a leadership role within a fast-paced retail food business and contribute to our ongoing success.
Your role
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the store and ensure smooth business operations
• Manage and supervise retail staff, including rostering, training and performance management
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Manage stock levels, ordering and inventory control to minimise shortages and wastage
• Ensure the store is presented to a high standard at all times
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally
• Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety and company policies
• Assist with budgeting, reporting and achieving business targets
What we're looking for
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience with stock control, ordering and sales reporting
• Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Reliable, proactive and professional approach to work
