Project Manager

Role and responsibilities

• Manage 1–3 projects simultaneously from commencement through to handover
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site activities to ensure successful delivery
• Oversee project programmes, budgets, quality and key milestones
• Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams throughout construction
• Take ownership of project outcomes, ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget

Experience required:

• Background in Contract Administration within commercial construction
• Strong understanding of construction processes, subcontractor coordination and project delivery
• Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, ambitious and eager to take the next step into Project Management
• Willingness to take ownership and work in a hands on environment
