We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Practice Manager to lead our established Runaway Bay dental centre. With 5 chairs and a strong focus on general and cosmetic dentistry, this centre provides quality, accessible care to the local community.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced people leader or a Senior Dental Assistant or Practice Manager ready to step up. You’ll be supported by your Regional Manager and national teams to develop your leadership skills and make your mark in a rewarding, fast-paced environment.

About the role

As Practice Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the daily operations of the Runaway Bay centre, ensuring a positive and professional environment for both patients and your team.

You’ll:

• Lead, mentor and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional patient experience every time

• Manage rosters, appointment scheduling, patient flow and centre presentation

• Support dentists to deliver efficient, high-quality general and cosmetic dental care

• Ensure compliance with clinical and operational policies and procedures

• Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

• Partner closely with your Regional Manager on business goals, team development and centre growth

This role combines hands-on operational management with genuine people leadership — ideal for someone who thrives on variety, teamwork and making things run smoothly.

About you

You’re approachable, organised and team-oriented — the kind of leader who leads by example and knows how to bring out the best in others. You take pride in your centre, care about your patients, and love creating a positive environment for your team.

You’ll also bring:

• Experience in dental or healthcare operations — as a Practice Manager, Senior DA, or team leader

• Confidence managing the daily operations of a busy centre

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop others

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves

• A genuine passion for patient care and teamwork
