A high-profile Federal Government Department is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Business Analyst to support the delivery of critical enterprise technology solutions and SAP system enhancements. You will work across SAP CRM, SAP PSCD, business requirements analysis, Agile delivery and stakeholder engagement, contributing to improvements in digital services and business processes. The successful Senior SAP Business Analyst will be offered an initial 12-month contract with the view to be extended, based in Victoria, with hybrid working arrangements.
The successful Senior SAP Business Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements for SAP CRM enhancements and API-related projects.

Develop Epics, User Stories, acceptance criteria, scope models and business analysis documentation.

Facilitate discovery workshops with business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors.

Support Agile delivery, requirements validation, solution reviews and testing activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
The successful Senior SAP Business Analyst will have experience in the following:

SAP CRM and SAP PSCD, with knowledge of CRM, payment solutions, banking or finance.

A minimum of experience as a Business Analyst delivering enterprise technology solutions.

Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Epics, User Stories and requirements management.

Stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, business process analysis and quality assurance.
