A high-profile Federal Government Department is seeking an experienced Integration Director / Portfolio Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight across complex enterprise integration programs and ICT transformation initiatives. You will lead technical teams and work across enterprise integration architecture, API platforms, portfolio governance and stakeholder management, ensuring secure, scalable and reliable technology solutions. The successful Integration Director / Portfolio Manager will be offered an initial 12-month contract with the view to be extended, based in QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, NSW, NT, SA or TAS, with hybrid working arrangements.

The successful Integration Director / Portfolio Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Lead enterprise integration strategy, architecture and delivery across complex ICT programs and projects.

• Manage and develop high-performing technical teams, overseeing integration priorities, resources and delivery outcomes.

• Drive integration platform implementations, technology roadmaps and portfolio governance.

• Engage senior executives, vendors and stakeholders, providing strategic advice, executive reporting and steering committee leadership.

The successful Integration Director / Portfolio Manager will have experience in the following:

• Enterprise integration platforms and architectures, including Kong, Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft or comparable technologies.

• A minimum of 5 years\' experience leading technical teams within complex enterprise environments.

• Delivering large-scale ICT transformation programs and enterprise integration implementations within Australian Government.

• Portfolio management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and executive-level reporting.
