Your new role
Within this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, implementing and maintaining network and security infrastructure across a broad range of client environments.
- Leading the technical delivery of client network projects.
- Undertaking research and development duties, making recommendations to clients and the business internally.
- Supporting hybrid cloud and datacentre networking.
- Acting as a senior technical escalation point for complex networking and connectivity issues.
- Assisting with designing and implementing secure network architectures.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining network & security infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Fortinet / Cisco / Aruba routing & switching, FortiGate / Cisco / Palo Alto firewalls, MPLS / SD-WAN and security best practice.
- Experience with Azure / AWS cloud networking is advantageous.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology, alongside Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto and Azure certifications are preferred.
- Previous experience working for an MSP or Consultancy.
- A valid drivers licence.
