Your new role
- Manage the full finance function, including payroll, month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting and statutory compliance.
- Provide commercial analysis, project reporting and financial insights to support executive decision-making.
- Oversee governance, business systems, process improvements and key supplier relationships.
- Support people operations, executive reporting, business development and cross-functional projects.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience leading finance, operations and corporate services within a professional services or SME environment.
- Strong technical accounting skills across reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, cash flow management and compliance.
- Advanced Xero and Microsoft 365 capability, with a track record of improving systems, controls and business processes.
- Commercially minded and highly organised professional with exceptional stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
