Hays are seeking an experienced Management Accountant for a short term contract opportunity based in West Perth. This is a great opportunity for an immediately available finance professional to step into themining and resources sector and provide critical support across month end reporting, forecasting and stakeholder engagement.

Position Overview
- Management Accountant
- Start ASAP
- Duration: 3 months
- Monday to Friday, 5:2 roster, 7.6 hour days
Key responsibilities
- Prepare month-end journals
- Liaise with business stakeholders before and during month-end
- Deliver commentary and analysis on month-end results
- Partner with stakeholders to collate forecasts and budgets
Skills and Experience
- CPA or CA qualification
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI
- Proven ability to manage and interpret large data sets
- SAP experience will be highly regarded
- Previous experience in the Mining & Resources sector desirable
