Your new company
A leading Australian telecommunications organisation is embarking on the next phase of a major enterprise transformation program focused on improving data quality, reporting capabilities, and business decision-making. As part of this long-term initiative, they are seeking multiple experienced Business Analysts to join a collaborative Agile delivery team supporting data-driven business outcomes and operational improvement.
Your new role
As a Senior Business Analyst within a high-performing Agile Transformation and BI Delivery team, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver enhancements across a large-scale enterprise data platform. This role will focus on understanding business needs, improving processes, and transforming complex data into meaningful insights and reporting solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
- 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within large and complex environments
- Previous telecommunications industry experience is essential
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements
- Proven capability in business process analysis and process improvement initiatives
- Experience facilitating workshops and driving consensus amongst diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong Agile delivery experience, including user story development and backlog support
- Excellent communication, documentation and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to data, reporting, analytics or enterprise platform transformation projects will be highly regarded
