We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of a major national network program that is transforming how customers access parcel services across Australia.
This role will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale technology and infrastructure program, spanning design, build, testing and deployment. You’ll work across business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve customer access and service capability nationwide.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Leading the delivery of a complex program across the full project lifecycle (design, build, test, deployment)
- Managing cross-functional teams across business, technology and external partners
- Establishing strong program governance, reporting and delivery frameworks
- Driving program planning, scheduling, milestones and delivery outcomes
- Managing commercial risk, budget oversight and financial reporting
- Ensuring customer experience and service outcomes remain central to delivery
- Engaging with senior stakeholders across technology, operations and product
- Conducting project health checks, reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience delivering large-scale technology or infrastructure programs
- Strong program / senior project management background in complex environments
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
- Solid governance, financial management and risk management capability
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in large organisations
