Techforce Personnel has partnered with several of Australia’s most reputable and recognisable Tier 1 underground mining clients, with multiple projects across WA & SA seeking experienced Underground Bogger Operators for immediate starts.
With even-time rosters, rates up to $1,100 per shift and temp-to-perm opportunities available, these roles offer long-term work across established underground operations.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for experienced Bogger Operators who can safely and efficiently deliver against underground development and production requirements.
- Operate underground Boggers safely and efficiently to site standards
- Bog development headings and load stockpiles and haul trucks
- Carry out road works, spillage management and sump bogging
- Complete thorough pre-start inspections and ensure equipment is safe and production-ready
- Work in accordance with underground safety, ventilation and site requirements
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew regarding work areas, hazards and changing conditions
- Follow site procedures, traffic management requirements and operational plans
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Proven underground Bogger operating experience
- Sandvik LH517i and 621i experience highly regarded
- RCT Remote Experience
- Experience working across development and/or production environments
- Current Manual Australian Driver’s Licence
- Relevant VOCs / tickets
- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
- Current National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one within the required timeframe
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and D&A screening
