Our client is a respected manufacturer supplying quality products to the building and construction industry. Operating from a modern production facility, they are seeking reliable Production Labourers to become part of their growing team.
These are factory-based positions involving assembly, machine operation, and general labouring duties. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, warehousing, trades, landscaping, or other physically active roles are encouraged to apply. Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for anyone looking to build a career in manufacturing.
Why You'll Like This Role:
- $33.85/hr plus penalties
- Ongoing work with the opportunity to move into a permanent position
- Immediate start available
- 38-hour week
- Monday: 5:00am – 1:00pm
- Tuesday to Friday: 5:00am – 12:30pm
- Early finishes every day
- Overtime available when required
- On-the-job training provided
Your Daily Outlook:
- Assembling building products
- Operating production machinery
- Using hand and power tools
- General labouring and manual handling
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work area
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
What You'll Bring:
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport (site is not accessible by public transport)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Full working rights in Australia
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in manufacturing or using hand and power tools is beneficial but not essential
