Hays is currently partnering with a globally recognised engineering and manufacturing organisation specialising in advanced transport and industrial technologies. Due to continued growth, we are seeking skilled Electrical Production Operators to join their Central Coast-based facility.

Your New RoleReporting to the Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in the assembly, wiring and testing of electrical systems used in large-scale equipment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assembly and wiring of electrical components to schematic diagrams
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Functional testing and fault-finding
- Crimping, soldering and cable preparation
- Ensuring all work meets strict quality and safety standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Previous experience in electrical assembly, manufacturing or production
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Electrical trade qualification or relevant course (highly regarded)
- A positive attitude and strong commitment to safety
