Production Worker – Afternoon Shift

Location: Laverton North, VIC
Pay Rate: $38.01 per hour
Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

About the Role We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers to join our team in Laverton North. This hands-on role involves decanting chemicals, filling drums, general labouring, and manual handling in a busy production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Decanting and handling chemical products
• Filling empty 10–25 litre drums by placing them on a bench and operating a filling button
• Capping drums securely once filled
• Palletising finished drums
• Performing general labouring and manual handling, including lifting up to 25 kg
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Comfortable with manual handling and lifting up to 25 kg
• Comfortable working in an environment with chemical odours
• Available to work the afternoon shift
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

PPE Requirements

• Long sleeves and long pants are mandatory
• Safety boots and high-visibility clothing are required
• Safety glasses and hearing protection will be provided
