Job description:

Role: Senior Educator - Educational Leader 

Location: Proserpine QLD 

Centre: Goodstart Proserpine 

Employment Type: Full Time - 38hrs per week 

Pay: $41.74 - $43 per hr + Educational Leader Allowance

As a Senior Educator - Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

You’ll need: 

Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 

Current QLD Working with Children Check  

Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
