HSEQ Advisor | Tier 2 Commercial Contractor

Fetch Recruitment are currently looking to speak to HSEQ Advisors (Intermediate or Senior) within Geelong / West Melbourne for an exceptional Tier 2 Commercial builder.

The Role:

• Roaming HSEQ advisor (Intermediate or Senior)
• Salary anywhere between $150k - $180k + Super (Car allowance can be negotiated)
• The focus on covering mainly Geelong and Western postcodes of Melbourne.
• Split week consisting of travelling to multiple sites valuing up to $100m+.
• Ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations, site safety protocols, and company HSEQ policies.
• Review/report on matters pertaining to OH&S on site.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address HSEQ issues promptly and effectively.
• Directly report to/collaboratively work alongside the company HSE Manager/Site managers to plan ongoing OH&S requirements.
• Review sub-contractor SWMS.
• Lead comprehensive on-site safety audits: Identify potential hazards, ensure compliance with safety standards, and recommend corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
• Quality control and rectification.
• Effective administration and communication with subbies, project management and client/s

 
Must have:

• 5 years+ experience in a similar OH&S/WHS/HSR role
• Minimum of Diploma in OHS/WHS.
• Ideally have experience within the Commercial construction industry.
• Must have experience working on complex / high value projects.
