The Opportunity

ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded South Australian architectural studioseeking an experienced Senior Architect to join its collaborative team.

With a team of 40+ professionals, this established medium-sized studio offers the scale and project diversity of a larger practice, while retaining a collaborative and personable environment. Its diverse portfolio spans multi-residential, mixed-use, education, sport and recreation, medical and community projects, with a strong reputation for considered architecture that balances design quality with practical, functional and commercially sound outcomes.

The Role

As a Senior Architect you will be working closely with Directors and senior team members to lead a diverse range of projects across multiple stages from design through to delivery.

You will be involved in:

• Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact throughout projects
• Coordinating consultants and multidisciplinary project teams
• Overseeing documentation, technical detailing and project coordination
• Managing programmes, deliverables and project quality
• Supporting projects throughout construction and contract administration
• Providing guidance and mentorship to Architects and Graduate Architects

We are looking to connect with experienced Senior Architects who have developed strong local project delivery experience and are comfortable taking responsibility for both projects and relationships.

You will ideally bring:

• 7+ years of architectural experience with architectural registration in Australia
• Experience in sports and recreation, multi-residential, medical or similarly complex projects
• Experience coordinating consultants and leading projects through multiple stages
• Confidence communicating directly with clients and key stakeholders
• A collaborative and pragmatic approach to design and problem-solving
• An interest in mentoring emerging team members
