About your new employer:

About the role:

• Represent clients in a variety of commercial disputes, including contract disputes, insolvency matters, and regulatory investigations.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, prepare court documents, and manage case strategy.
• Engage in negotiation, mediation, and litigation proceedings in superior courts.
• Collaborate closely with senior lawyers and partners on high-profile cases.
• Work with a team that values strategic thinking, problem-solving, and practical commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate:

• Admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Australia with at least 8+ years of post-admission experience (PQE) in commercial litigation.
• Strong litigation experience, including case management, drafting legal documents, and court advocacy.
• Exposure to insolvency matters and regulatory disputes is highly regarded.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
