Job Description
Property, Real Estate Lawyer or Associate
- Work with some of the biggest players in the real estate space, including REITs, fund managers, and major corporates on capital transactions, leasing, and development projects.

About the role:
- Work closely with a diverse client base, including developers, fund managers, institutional investors, and financiers, on a wide range of commercial property matters.
- Gain hands-on experience across the full property lifecycle, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and large-scale developments.
- Contribute to the structuring and management of complex property investments, including joint ventures and real estate funds.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer coming out of a reputable Real Estate practice.
- Work split is 100% Real estate; not a mixed bag.
- Must be at least 2 years PQE.
- Relevant law degree with a strong academic track record.
