About the role:

• Manage a range of commercial disputes and insolvency matters from start to finish.
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, and correspondence, and prepare briefs to counsel.
• Conduct legal research and provide advice on strategy and risk management.
• Liaise directly with clients, barristers, and other stakeholders.
• Attend and assist with court appearances, mediations, and settlements.
• Work on cross-border disputes and high-value matters alongside an experienced Partner.

The ideal candidate:

• 1–3 years PQE in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, or insolvency
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, while taking ownership of tasks
• Excellent communication and client service skills
