About the role:

• Lead and manage complex mortgage transactions including syndicated loans, acquisition finance, asset finance, and structured finance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex documentation such as syndication deeds, intercreditor deeds, and tripartite agreements.
• Provide strategic legal and commercial advice to high-profile clients and contribute to business development.

The ideal candidate:

• Have at least 5+ years PQE in mortgage law or a related field.
• Excellent client relationship management skills, with proven ability to act as a trusted advisor.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor junior lawyers.
• Commercially astute, collaborative, and driven.
