About the role:
You’ll act on a broad range of recovery, enforcement, and commercial litigation matters involving banking and finance clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting documentation related to recovery and enforcement.
- Managing litigation files and multiple workloads.
- Attending court and undertaking advocacy work.
- Conducting research and reviewing legislative updates.
The ideal candidate:
- 1–3 years’ PQE with experience in Banking & Finance, Recovery, or Commercial Litigation.
- Strong drafting, communication, and file management skills.
- A proactive and collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing competing priorities and delivering pragmatic legal solutions.
