Technical Business Analyst
- 6 months + 6-month extension option
- Australian Citizens
- ACT – Onsite (minimum 3 days/week)
Are you a detail-driven Technical Business Analyst with a passion for documentation and data? This Federal Government opportunity offers a hands-on role supporting data and analytics initiatives in a collaborative, outcomes-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear and consistent technical and process documentation
- Translate stakeholder input into actionable requirements and artefacts
- Prepare documentation for POCs, pilots, RFQs, and tender packs
- Conduct gap analyses and document current/future state processes, systems, and data flows
- Support rollout readiness including data migration and transition planning
- Create visual artefacts such as process maps, swim-lane diagrams, and integration specs using Visio and Confluence
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in technical documentation and visualisation tools (Visio, Confluence)
- Strong background in business analysis with a documentation focus
