We are proud to be partnering with an established and well-regarded accounting firm in Winnellie as they grow their team and seek an experienced Senior Accountant.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with public practice experience who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering high-quality accounting and taxation services, and mentoring junior team members.
About the Role:
- Prepare and review financial statements and income tax returns for a diverse client portfolio
- Provide taxation and business advisory support
- Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Mentor and support junior accountants
- Contribute to workflow management and ongoing process improvements
About You:
- 3+ years' experience as a Senior Accountant in public practice
- Strong knowledge of Australian taxation and compliance requirements
- Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- CA/CPA qualified or currently studying (desirable)
- Experience with Xero, MYOB, and Microsoft Excel
