We’re currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well-established boutique construction business delivering high-end residential renovations, developments, and commercial projects across Western Australia. With a strong pipeline of upcoming works, we’re looking to speak with candidates who are motivated, detail-oriented, and thrive working within a close-knit team environment.

About the Role:

You’ll be supporting the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to handover and defects liability period. This is a hands-on role that will see you involved across contract administration, procurement, forecasting, project coordination, document control, subcontract management, claims, and client communication. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to grow within a dynamic builder where they can gain exposure across all stages of the construction process.

We’re looking for people who:

  • Have previous experience as a Contract Administrator within residential or commercial construction
  • Have strong knowledge of procurement, subcontract administration, progress claims, and project documentation
  • Are experienced using construction management software such as BuildXact or similar
  • Can confidently manage RFIs, variations, submittals, procurement schedules, and contract notices
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Are motivated, proactive, and capable of working within a small collaborative team environment
  • Possess relevant construction qualifications or industry experience
