What do you do?
- Lead, mentor and train drafting team
- Contribute to growth initiatives in new product introductions
- Own the drafting queue and turnaround times as well as maintain quality control and compliance with Australian Standards.
- Work closely with sales, engineering, purchasing and production to ensure drafting outputs flow effectively across the business
What do you need?
- High attention to detail
- Previous experience in similar role
- Ability to lead, mentor and train a small team
- Qualification in drafting or equivalent industry experience
