Duties & Responsibilities:

Host open homes
Attend valuations and building & pest inspections
Be given a database to conduct cold and warm prospecting calls
Buyer call backs
Liaising with vendors and buyers

Skills and experience required for the role:

6-12+ months of experience in a Sales Associate role, also open to entry-level candidates!
QLD Real Estate Cert of Reg is a MUST
A valid driver's license
Strong communication skills & ability to deal with high-end clientele
Excellent attention to detail
Corporate presentation
