We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our on-demand workforce as Home and Community Care providers in Leura, NSW. This is a casual position with flexible hours and competitive hourly rates. If you have a genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in people's lives, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:- Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assisting with household tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands
- Accompanying clients to appointments and social outings
- Following care plans and reporting any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate supervisor
- Must have a valid full Australian driver's license and access to a reliable car
- Must have a police check and working with children check
- Previous experience in home and community care preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
