An established strata management business is appointing a Senior Owners
Corporation Manager as part of its leadership succession plan. You’ll initially manage an established portfolio, learn the business and build relationships before an anticipated transition into team leadership.

The role

Joining as a Senior Owners Corporation Manager / Strata Manager, you’ll take ownership of your portfolio while preparing for the next stage of your career.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing relationships with owners, committees and contractors
• Preparing for and running annual general meetings and committee meetings
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor works
• Overseeing budgets, levies and financial reporting
• Managing owners corporation administration and compliance
• Resolving queries and implementing committee decisions
• Contributing to new business and portfolio growth

The leadership opportunity

The business is planning ahead for a change in its current team leadership structure. This appointment is intended to support that transition, with the successful candidate anticipated to progress into the Team Leader position as the current leader’s responsibilities change.

About you

• Experienced Owners Corporation Manager, Senior Strata Manager or Strata Manager
• Confident managing a portfolio independently
• Sound knowledge of Victorian owners corporation legislation and processes
• Comfortable running meetings and managing committee relationships
• Organised, accountable and consistent with follow-through
• Ready to mentor colleagues and take the next step into leadership
